Zmodeller select polygroup

Right! Time to really get to grips with Qmesh and Zmodeler!

With the Zmodeler brush I can select polys by alt clicking each one in turn. There must be a way of just selecting those already in a polygroup (rather than clicking each one individually)

So how would I select the (pink*) polygroup on the base of this object?

Cheers!

It’s more of a smokey topaz or rose vale, than a pink. But that’s just my colour perception.

ZModeler: Polygon> QMesh > Polygroup Island if all polygons are connected, or Polygroup ALL if the polygroup is made of non-adjacent polygons.

You dont need to select each polygon individually first with alt-selection. If you have the proper target selection it just works on all of those polygons automatically when you click on any polygon in the target group to perform the operation.

Don’t neglect the Pixologic Classroom!
