I posted this on Mixamo’s forum and waited a couple of days, but no love… My first post, though I’ve found a lot of useful stuff in the last couple monthssince i started using Zbrush
I have a multiple subtool model (I have the same problem with a single subtool one as well) that I can get exported from zbrush 4R7 via the Zplugin FBX importexport to load just fine in mixamo with the exception of the textures (an probably normal map, but hard to tell with the quality).
Zbrush process: I create UV maps on each subtool at the models lowest subdivision level. I the create a texture from polypaint at each subtools highest subdivision level (for a higher quality texture), and then create a normal map for each subtool back at the lowest subdivision level for each.
In mixamo the the model has a low quality texture as if the texture was created at the lowest subdivision level.
