Everytime i minimize Zbrush then restore it to a maximized
state, Zbrush doesn’t fully maximize.Exiting Zbrush and
reopening will fix it but if your not paying attention to it and store your UI Config while in this resized state,
Zbrush will remain this way until you wipe
out your UI or by using the hotfix as shown in the image.
Would love to see this fixed in ZB 4.0!

The size of the ZBrush window is actually stored separately to the UI config. In the ZStartup/ConfigFiles folder, you’ll find a windowsize file, simply delete this file and ZBrush will restore to full size window without having to lose any work you have done on the UI config file.

Your solution is a much better fix for sure.
Just as a sidenote, Zbrush seems to also do this while
under stress from rendering or creating maps etc., so I do
still hope that this will be fixed in later versions
and is the main goal for making this post.
