Zbrush Eye Texture Pack No.1

Hello everyone,

I had some spare time this weekend to start what I’ve wanted to start a while back, I am going to be posting a series of Eye Textures created by me.

All 5 textures are ready for use in Zbrush, just draw a spehere and load the texture and its done.

Here’s an example of what the textures look like:

And here’s the Texture Pack: Eye Texture Pack 1.zip

I hope you like it, after all, it was my turn to give to the community

FeedBack and a Thank You are welcome, also, if any of you have anything you’d like to share…a tool or texture maybe?

Please dont be shy

:)very nice little package MrZ thanks :+1: :+1:

Great, Thank you ! :+1:

This might come in handy - one very general thing about the setup of the eyes i want to mention though:

In the iris you see a tiny white dot in all of the eyes - this is caused by the setup of your 3dSphere. Turn on Polyframe mode and take a look at where the poles of the sphere are.
Unfortunately the spheres’ poles by default are rotated in front and back of the sphere when you create it. And it is these poles that unfortunately can not take on color information.

The solution would be to rotate the spheres’ poles top and downwards when you create the sphere and you get an all colored eyeball (at least where people tend to look at).

Hi Nemo, I knew that

I always do that when I model, however, I didn’t really need to do that here as that image is just for viewing purposes to see what the textures look like

Thanks for the tip anyways and happy Zeeing!

The next pack will be even better!
The theme is based on creature and monster eyes, 5 of them in that pack too.

Please vote in my announcement post so that I can see how many want the textures that I’ll be making
