This is a good start @kuntalsarkar , however as a watery creature it would need some kind of fins to be able to navigate under water used for used for propelling, steering, and balancing?

well said sir, actually my thought was its a cave, shallow water based creature who cant open eyes properly due to darkness and do not swim too much.
