I think it looks great! My criticism would only be some more variation in color for the skin. It feels too smooth, try some more color around the eyes for the most part. Think of the great painters who paint lighting on their characters; if you take a paint layer and add those subtle changes in color tone and then blend that with your current skin layer it will add more life to his face. my criticism is all in the smallest detail, you did a really good job!
