UV shells in the -1 space

I have a mesh that has UV shells in the -1 coordinates. Can Zbrush handle maps in this way?

yes

Yes, ZBrush can handle the coordinates but we don’t recommend negative space shells at this time due to potential issues with difference map calculation. This is a known issue that will be fixed with version 4.

But it’s doesn’t work… It sees it as a single map.

All the shells are in positive space

what version of ZB are you using anyway?

Zbrush 3.1

zbrush 3.1 only supports single subtool texture. 3.5R3 can support multiple subtool texture. and it is in the Tool Rollout.
