Hello. I wanted to share with you a recent sculpt. It started with the sketch in the bottom right of the image below:

The idea was to have two armless figures connecting with their knees. A sort of connecting and not connecting.
I started with a simple zsphere model of the major pose:

I then cloned that zsphere, appended it as a new subtool and used Transpose to reposition it so I could start to judge them in relation to each other and work the pose out a little more.
Much of the sculpting was done using Poseable Symmetry.

Here I have started to sculpt one of them. The other is just there for placement.

Here I have cloned the sculpted one, appended it again and repositioned it. I also modified it to resemble a female by shortening it, adding width to the hips and making the rib cage smaller.

Here is one variation of the pose:
Another variation of the pose. This one is more of an intimate pose. More like a flower without the conflict of the knees touching as well as holding each other off at an arm’s distance.

Another variation of the pose. The benefit of doing this all on the computer is that I can create many variations of tilt without much planning. Simply use Transpose to move, rotate or scale the different parts. It gives me more freedom to experiment.
As it is, this is really a series of ideas with the goal, for me, being to get as many out there as possible before I commit to the real world.
