"Transpose Master Problem" Help

I have this model: https://prnt.sc/gsgs2s
I hit “TposeMesh” and pose my model using some brushes and Tranpose tools: https://prnt.sc/gsgrns
Then I go back I press “Tpose > SubT” and I got this: https://prnt.sc/gsgr0x

This isn’t always happening. This problem also occurs Tposing the mesh and then exporting(with groups enabled!) to maya and back to zbrush.
When I do this(zbrush to maya and back) without groups enabled i don’t have problems.
I also get this message when I import back to zbrush from maya: https://prnt.sc/gst5ow , because i get the same problem when using maya to pose my mesh and when just pose the character in zbrush, they may help you underestand what is happening.

Also i experiment a bit and when i delete some polygons from the mesh and then Tpose > SubT i got another message so this isn’t causing the problem. I also tried meshing up my polygroups and making a real mesh with moving vertices all over the place and i didn’t get the problem so this isn’t the case too.

Wait…what?

Are you using goZ, transpose Master, or just simple exporting and importing? Or all of these?

I use transpose master “Tpose” my model(which merges my subtools so I can pose). Then export the tposed mesh.
Although i know how to fix exporting and posing in another program(i have to export without groups), my main problem is posing the model in zbrush and then hitting “Tpose > SubT” to transfer my pose to the initial mesh, I get sometimes this problem: https://prnt.sc/gsgr0x
Working inside zbrush is my problem.

Transpose Master needs the point order to remain the same, otherwise it can’t accurately split the single mesh back into subtools. It appears that using the Gizmo3D deformers can sometimes change the point order, so it’s best to avoid using those with Transpose Master for the moment.

Maybe something like that happened, although i didn’t use the 3d gizmo, is there anything else that may change the point order to have in mind? And is there a fix if this happen.

I don’t know of anything else that causes problems. The only way to fix it is to go through the subtools and undo.
