Transpose master broken? [Answered]

Hey everyone,
First time posting here as I’ve only been using zbrush for near 2 years now and has usually been problem free.
However since upgrading to 4R5 a little while back every thing was running smooth up until last week when I tried to pose a sculpt using transpose master.

The problem that is occurring is that it merges all my subtools to the lowest like normal, however when I try to use the transpose tools to mask areas so I can pose it acts as if the subtools are still separate.
For example, Ill click on the shoulder and drag down to the hand however only the jumper will be selected while every other tool (that should be all merged) is not effected at all.

does anyone have any suggestions? could it be something to do with Dynamesh? I only assume this because it’s one of the first sculpts I’ve actually used dynamesh properly in. Also it is not just my mesh, I tried the fat guy that comes with Zbrush however when selecting his shoulder and dragging out to his arm with the transpose tool masking the bandages are not selected.

Hope someone can help me out as ive sculpted Annie from LoL wearing Vanellope Von Schweetz clothing and would really like to finish a project for once!

Below I’ve attached a picture to try show what I mean.

You are using transpose masking which is based on the topology of the model. The topology hasn’t changed; Transpose Master simply merges the subtools but points aren’t welded. You will need to use the Lasso to mask areas - then you’ll be able to mask as you want.
