thick rubber grip for wacom pen "sleeve"?

i have really big hands and long fingers and its a pain trying to grip my tiny pen at work. i have seen pictures before of peoples pen tablets with these giant rubber type grips on them. i also read they can be useful for wrist pain or something as well. anyone know what those are called or where i find them?

There is a product call the Plus Ergo Grip for the wacom pen ( http://www.plusergogrips.com ). I have one and I think it’s great. The grip is twice as thick as the wacom grip and it’s super comfortable. It’s definitely worked for me. You should give it a try, I highly recommend it.
