Texturing clothes in Zbrush ?

hello i’m pretty new when it comes to zbrush …i finally managed to wrap my brain around the interface, i’m used to working with blender cause its easier for me to download there so what i do is import my mesh models into zbrush hoping to get very nice textures so i can use them in a game called " Secondlife"

i have imported this into zbrush

now i have been reading around and searching on google for days trying to figure out what are the steps to go on about doing it … i understand that in order to get nice final textures i need layers of textures like ( Ambient occlusion , diffuse map, normal map, and !! displacement map ):o:roll_eyes:small_orange_diamond:roll_eyes:

someone actually told me that Zbrush wont help much with texturing clothes … and that its only good when it comes to sculpting and such but i really want to hear what the advanced peeps have to say about it.:bulb: just wanna know if someone has an idea or know of a workflow to do this.

hopefully i made my self clear enough! excuse my noobiness and i cant wait to get replies on this!

thank you.

I use ZBrush regularly for texturing clothing. No problems with it either.

i have exported all the maps i think i’ll need to make a nice texture out of ( Displacement , ambient Occ , normal Map and even cavity map…!! ) i’m trying to figure out a way to blend all those texture maps into one texture to use for my mesh in photoshop !

do you have any idea how to do that ? or any tutorials that teach these things ? :frowning:
