I have rigged alot of characters and I would recommend that you lower his arms to around a 45 degree angle instead of 90.
It just makes rigging easier and creating good deformations around the shoulder.
I would also spread his fingers.
Just a suggestion of course.
Concept art for the ortho looks good though.
Iām excited to watch this progress.

Is true! The model sheet is test for simulation to the muscle, in value of angle 90 or 45. The test of value the muscle.

Looks like you are evolving away from your concept art a little.
