Rectangle selection?

Forgive me for this probably trivial question, but I’ve just moved from ZB3.5 to 4.4 and so many things are different…

In ZB 3.x you could press and hold Ctrl-Shift to draw a rectangle, and ZB would make everything on the outside invisible. By releasing Shift during drawing you could reverse that, making everything inside the rectangle invisible.
Ctrl-Shift-Click would bring everything back.

In ZB 4.4 that doesn’t work anymore. I can’t hide parts anymore by just drawing a rectangle. Is that feature gone or does it just have a different hotkey combination?

Holding down Shift+Ctrl will give you Selection brushes. Watch the Brush and Stroke icons on the left change as you do so. While still holding down Shift+Ctrl, click on the Brush icon to select the selection type and click on the Stroke icon to select the stroke type. The default is Rectangle Selection brush with a Rectangle Stroke. Hold down Shift+Ctrl and draw out the mask on the canvas. The mask will be green meaning anything under the mask will be shown and everything else hidden. While the mask is drawn out on the canvas, you can let go of Shift+Ctrl and press the Alt key which will turn the mask red. Anything under the red mask will be hidden and everything else will be visible. Holding down Shift+Ctrl and clicking on the canvas will unhide everything. Holding down Shift+Ctrl and dragging on the canvas will invert the selection.

Thank you very much!
