Hello Everyone!
I’m a beginner in Zbrush and have few questions towards Retopologising a character with multiple subtools. As I know I can do retopology individually on each subject or merge everything together and then do retopology.
So, I making a dragon character sculpture for further animation, I have many subtools for that character including spikes (Many, many spikes), teeth, eyes and wings (Membrane between fingers (Like a bat wing type)). I think I better do individual retopology for teeth, eyes and spike subtools, but what about wing one? Do I have to merge it with body layer or I better do it individually too? I’m afraid if I’m going to merge it, it will make errors.
Any tips or tricks or Your advice how You usually proceed such a sculpture? (Merging wing membrane with the body layer for further retopology or reto them individually?)
