I have a very strange problem…
When I use the smooth tool over these areas of the model, where more than 4 quards meet, it makes a sharpe point than can’t be smoothed out…
Is there anyone who have had this problem?

atm the best way to deal with it is use the clay or flatten brushes
I call them extra nipples.
Like you said, they’re created by n-polys and triangles. I ignore them until I’m at level 6+ then I use the flatten brush to smush them as I see them.
