Texture maps are just pure RGB data, they won’t actually contain the additional color information provided from the material.
If you switch to Render: Flat you will get a better indication of what colors are actually being painted when it comes to creating a texture map.

When it comes to polypainting for textures, you’ll probably want to stick with a material that only adds basic shading rather than color information of its own.

There are ways you can try to convert some of the color information from the material to RGB color, but its not perfect. This is because materials in zbrush are based on the screen space. If the image of the material sphere says that light is coming from the top-left, then the model will appear to be lit from the top-left of the screen no matter how the model is rotated.

You can apply the material to a displaced plane and save that as a texture, which makes the final lighting dependent on your UV orientation. Or you could use Projection Master and Zapplink to convert screenshots of the model to the texture (example), which will try to blend the result of each view (making the model lit from several locations). Either way you’ll get a result that’s a lot more static and far less dynamic than a proper material. And there are certain things to watch out for when you use these techniques (you wouldn’t want to capture shadow information from the material into the texture, nor would you want to have the model posed in a way where its arm will get projected onto the torso).

Thanks soooo much dear for your information and your help
The problem it fix by using plugin ( Matcap Baker )
