When I activate the opacity command after using the image plane, the object disappears. how can i solve this problem?
thank you.
Hello @mreco
If you have not done so already, be sure to read the documentation for this feature thoroughly. Pay special attention to how this tool will behave differently, depending on the situation in which it was loaded, and whether you are manipulating the plane as actual geometry in edit mode.
There are a number of different opacity controls in Zbrush. The one you are looking for with Image Plane is here:
yes, I know the command you said, but i am trying to tell something different. After using the image plane command, the transperent and ghost command doesn’t work properly. When the transp command is activated, the object disappears.
I cant reproduce this. It works fine for me.
Please post uncropped screenshots showing the entire zbrush interface, taken directly from the computer, not via camera. It is difficult to see what might be going on here.
If you want to use subtool transparency with Image Plane you need to turn on the little ‘L’ button in the Reference Views sub-palette. After turning on you will need to press one of the view buttons (Front, Back or whatever) to refresh the view.
thank you very much =) you have been very helpful. that’s the answer.
