We can only really see the mesh, i don’t think there is any texture on it? The photo effect really hides out a lot of it. As far as the mesh is concerned he doesn’t seem to have lips really, it looks more like a cut in the face (he especially doesnt have the upper lip). Perhaps you should add some volume to his lips. The nose is a bit too assymetrical perhaps. It seems to skew up on his left side. Perhaps you wanted to make a facial expression by moving the whole part of the face, but that didnt work out so well. Try moving his nose down for symmetry while his lips remain as they are. And he has no eyebrows. The rest of the face topology and especially the wrinkles, is really great! For more useful C&C you could perhaps post an image out of ZB.
About the “old photo” effect:
If the photo is that old and grainy, it would have different photographic effects. Old films usually had a very different sort of exposure control so if you wanted an old photo effect you should increase contrast or darken the image and increase exposure. The grain is hardly as fine as this on old photographs, it could be only if a huge film was used which was rare. This is also connected to the overall size and sharpness of the picture (combined with lack of exposure). So perhaps my only advice is decrease the size of the picture while the size of the grain should remain the same. Perhaps add the grain on smaller size picture and then enlarge all of it.
Fantastic touch, love the lighting, soft focus and grain. What have you rendered in?small_orange_diamondsmall_orange_diamondsmall_orange_diamondsmall_orange_diamond
