Looks good, especially the hands.
I think the face could use some impression of weight, it looks wrinkled and all as an old man should but the skin is still to “tight” on it.

For a old man, and looking at the rest of his bofy, he has too good muscles there 
And his body looks skinny, not old ;] But if you were aiming for that, thats a great model. The model is great anyway, but i dont think the body siuts an old person ;]
