New from Polypaint Problem

Trying to create a new texture from polypaint and getting some strange artifacts…

I actually managed to export using this tutorial:

But your post is also relevant as I didn’t know about this step as part of the workflow.

Can I go back and add the polygroups after finishing the sculpt or do I need to start over?
