This is an conceptual character i think to add into the final scene, i call it Guardians, are the keepers of the tortured souls and flyings around the scene, with ruby eyes.

about bg - maybe there should be more screaming faces and columns and chains fading to the dark? Like there is no end to this mightmare

the wings have 2 ways to go Strannik bat like or angel like , him below was a fallen angel and his wings are the same as the harp plucking mofo’s upstairs 
i think id choose angels wings but not pearly white more like angel dragged through hedge backwards and a bit larger to define the status of the master figure
Marvellous! The master’s loin cloth is maybe a bit ummm cramped? :o The winged guardians is a cool idea. As for the bg … heck, that’ll make or break the picture. It’s a large area, so you’ve got your work cut out there, I think.

great concept and execution, although I’d presonally would prefer wings with feathers, I like the arcane symbol thingy you got going on there. as for the background, I’d suggest you copy/warp those agonised souls off in the distance with some fog effect. as for the general composition, I’d prefer if you zoomed out so that both the pillars and platform would be completely visible amidst a sea of tortured souls, since with the current render I feel I’m getting robbed of some cool imagery just outside the view

Hi again Z´s and thank you for your replies and suggestions.
I´m working hard with this image (it´s really a nightmare for me 
), and i make the background, still in progress. I add the fog with a texture made in Photoshop for the screaming sould and change the material too. I hope your opinions about this new update.

loving the fog idea … think its a bit harsh though at the moment think it needs toning down a touch (more like wispy,smokey,misty and lots of other things ending in eeeee 
) if you get my drift
outline blue is i love the way it vairies in its shadeing as if becoming more visable out of the hellish mist, red outline is the perfect for me thats what (i) would aim for
fig 1 is somthing like what i mean by misty (with obvious transparency and blending etc etc)
hmmm now as for the reddening of the scene this im not to struck on it looks to me to… photoshopy like colour burn etc etc (remember this is just my opinion )
but all in all you have a month to tune etc etc and ive no doubt you will strike gold at a point not to far away
