Hi I think, it’s a good sculpt overall, which could use some refinements.
His lips need some more volume. The ball of his nose is not as defined.
The lighting is distracting from the overall appearance of his face.
It pulls the focus too much to his right eyebrow.
Keep at it 
Hi thank you for your comment and yes you are right about the lighting… I was pretty happy with the sculpting but the texture wasn’t the best so I just tried to get something interesting out of it… But yeah it needs a little bit more work…
