I have been learning zbrush and have heard a few artist reference their use of ‘kitbashing’ to add detail. What is a good way to go about building a kitbash library for zbrush? Is saving stuff as .ztl best or use a common format like .obj - so you can use the kit in other apps? Are there any methods or workflows used at studio that are a useful starting point?
I haven’t tried using it yet but i guess the Insert-Multi-Mesh is what I am thinking - could also work.

I have a library of .obj files. Granted, this could just be legacy from before Zbrush, but having a format that is universal doesn’t seem like a bad thing to me.
