I purchased Zbrush 2018, and noticed it said download 2019 and 2019.1 for free.
Is Zbrush 2019 a free update or do I have to buy it?
It is a free upgrade for you.
For some users, ZUpgrader does not work. That is why there are two additional methods to get the upgrade.
You can download the updater in method 2, placing that in your ZBrush 2019 folder before running it.
Or you can go to My Licenses. If you click the button to Download ZBrush 2019 that will now actually give you the installer for 2019.1.

@epns You will need to submit a Support ticket for the floating client installers. My Licenses doesn’t support floating licenses. It can’t show them and any installer downloaded from there will only work with serialized (node-locked) licenses.
