I`m unable startup Zbrush 3.5 r3

Hello, maybe someone can help me, I bought zbrush few months ago and brand new laptop C2D 4GB DDR2 and Radeon HD4650 1GB to became a mobile sculpting mashine, and everything was super. I sculped few complicated models with nice performace and after few months using it, Zbrush dont want to start, and gives me strange msg.

Can`t startup aplication because, configuration of this aplication is not ok.

So I try to find what is happening but I cant find a solution
