I have been sculpting with Dynamesh, now I need my mesh to have nice quads so I can add a Maya rig to it. Is there a plugin that will make my Dynamesh nice with quads so I can rig.

Qremesher is an interesting place to start but you may not get the desired topology for rigging.It still is worth a shot, you could get lucky! It will definitely be better than dynamesh geometry. There are videos in the classroom that show you the basics.
There is also the Topology brush. It is good for more specific topology creation, although I can see the amount of curves being difficult to manage when doing a whole character. Working in smaller pieces for your character would be helpful. Again, videos in the classroom should get you started.
The best option IMO would be to invest in NEX for maya, topogun, or similar retopology tools.
