How to open all Subtool folders?

Hi,

I’m working on a script which duplicates certain subtools. Unfortunately, when the subtool is in a folder and the folder is closed, the script duplicates the whole folder with all subtools in it.

Is there a way to open a subtool folder and close it afterwards again(if it was closed before)?

Another more simple solution would be maybe, If I could open all subtool folders in the beginning.

You can temporarily turn off the Preferences>Interface>Show Subtools Folders button. That will work for most situations though note that when selecting subtools based on their visibility the folder visibility is ignored.
