I divided the arms of my models to a separate polygroup, and this white dotted lines appeared ever since.
I tried merging the polygroups and it still remains. Is there a way to get rid of this?

this dots line is in fact a curve.
To get rid of it, you can go to 'stroke menu,
then hit 'delete.
ps: personaly I have added the 'delete button on my customize menu wich pops up with a short cut.
note that you can get rid of it with other way like using the zremesher guide brush (for instance),
hold 'Alt & clic&drag from any part of the curve,
this will delete it.
