How do i apply curve mode

Hello !!
Using the curved mode, I am trying to INSERT mesh (snake) to a sphere.
but I don’t know how to join what I do, with the curve mode, join it to the sphere.
How can I achieve this?
In other words, how can I join the sphere, the new mesh (snake) that I am creating?
I leave a 15-second video below, with audio to explain my problem.
Thank you.

Hi @untalmau

You have to delete the first curve before you can draw the next one. “Stroke > Curve Functions > Delete”

thanks …
but how can i join … i mean … fusion the snake NEW MESH to the sphere please. ???

Draw one snake then delete the curve like I mentioned and then you can draw another one without the first one disappearing. This is what your video is indicating.

A few tips.

  1. Upgrade to the most up to date version of Zbrush. This behavior is easier in the current version, not to mention all the other features and fixes you are missing.

  2. Consider using the Curve Tube Snap, or CurveTube Multisnap brush instead for this.

  3. You can commit the stroke to the mesh by clicking anywhere on the mesh. This will delete the active curve and commit the stroke, allowing you to draw a new curve.

  4. If you are talking about fusing or welding the geometry to the sphere, this can be done with Dynamesh or Live Boolean. However, you may consider simply sculpting the stroke with Lazy Mouse instead.

thanks … thanks … !!!
yes i am talking about WELD the snake mesh to the sphere please…

thnks this i working what i need … really thanks
now working !!!

I linked several suggestions in my previous post. However, your program version appears badly out of date–some of those features may not be in it.

Wow!   :scream:
