Flipped sculpt & inverted normals? PLEASE HELP

Ok so I don’t know if this is the right place to post this but i need some help figuring out how to fix my sculpt. When leaving projection master my entire sculped mirrored itself and flipped all of the normals and i really don’t know what went wrong or how to fix it. any help would be super appreciated

Try Tool/Display Properties/ Flip

If only parts of the model look messed up, try to separate the bad parts by Tool/Polygroups/Auto Group. Split the bad parts, do the Flip thing.
