Fictional Wasp WIP

Hey guys ,

This is my first zsphere model in Z3.

  1. Zsphere Model

  1. Adaptive Skin with a few Subdivisions. No Sculpting yet . Subtool Wings.

  1. My first MatCap attempt . I did this before learning Meats’ excellent tut on MatCap so I will probably do it again.

I havent Sculpted anything yet except flattening the wings. I will update this thread as I go .
I will definitely texture this guy. If I can build up the courage to make a rig for it, I will animate it in Maya but no promises there . lol .

It is not based on any real Wasp, although I did look at references when I needed ideas.

Everyone has been posting such amazing work, especially since the release of Z3. I hope with a lot of practise I will also get there :wink:
