hope you’re doing fine 
I get an error message every time I send my model to Keyshot for rendering. Messages about Redshift appear in the upper right (even though I don’t have it and it’s not enabled), which I have to click away. In the end ZBrush crashes, but Keyshot works fine.
Does anyone know about this problem and how I can fix it?

If on Windows, make sure you are using the most up to date version of the program (2023.0.1). There was a crash issue concerning Keyshot that was corrected in the first patch for ZBrush 2023.
If on a macOS Apple Silicon Device you will also need to be using the most up to date version of Keryshot 11. Luxion patched an issue that prevented it from working correctly with ZBrush on those devices.
