Dog’s looking super monteford2002.
I’m especially impressed with the recent images of him all suited up (leathers) with his signature hair.
Do you think you’ll do some renders of him in a simple street scene eventually?
EricArtMan: Thanks. I haven’t thougth that far ahead about his environment. I might try just a simple textured background with some studio lighting first.

Does anyone think his skin is too glowy? It may need some shader tweaking.
His skin does look a little glowy and almost pinkish. Its coming along really well though. Keep up the good work!
I did some more skin shader work. The detail is a little more subtle with these new settings, but I think it matches more closely to the photos. Also still no spec map, hence the shiny look. Thoughts?
still have to add a few alpha planes to the beard in the areas where it would stick off of the face.
still have to tweak the arm pit area shape. Any comments on overall pose proportions etc. This is far from final, but is approaching final rendere time. I’m still not sure about the pose and background. Also quality is set on draft for these renders. Any crits welcome. Thanks.

yeh man i’ve been watching this one for a while. i think its looking great but i have to agree that the shoes are looking a bit flat. i’m sure its just because of the angle but if not you should fix it. all in all its looking awesome

The Dog looks fantastic. Your render and pose are also awesome. I’m digging those boots too. I’m glad you stuck with this creation.
And the feathers streaming down from the sides of his head are way cool too.
