Displacement map issues ... help !!

Hello everyone,

I’m working with Maya 2011 and Zbrush 4 on a model, just finished the hi-res sculpt so I’m testing how to get all the details in Maya and render with MR. I searched the forum but couldn’t find the clue so here I am.

The model in Zbrush has been uv mapped in maya using GoZ.

When I try try to get a 32bit Displacement I get this tif file, even Photoshop tells me that there’s no embedded RGB profile … and it’s weird. 16bit maps are ok.

Ok … so … the map was just fine, and works :cool:. I was misled by the fact that Maya/MR didn’t read it … but again, I just had to load the tiffFloatReader.mll under the Plig-in Manager.
