Dark Viking. Well the new year started and the opportunity to go beyond your comfort zone is on focus again. Heavy squats, heavy deadlifts, heavy OHP and of course heavy hammers and axes. As a hip-hop head I found that Metallica 's Ride The Lightning album is really calming and helpful to channel your energy and mental focus. Of course upping my sculpting and UV skills, so beware.
