Customise Zrush menus

Hi,

I want to somehow get rid of the uppermost part of the Tool menu while still having access to the subpalette menus below (subtool, geometry etc.)

I can’t figure out how to do this with custom interface.

It’s so annoying scrolling through all the tools and load/import options constantly to just look at my subtools etc.

Screenshots attached with parts I want to hide circled pink and parts I want to keep circled blue.

Thanks in advance!!

Hello @Madely_123 ,

These are the areas in ZBrush it is possible to modify with a custom UI:

http://docs.pixologic.com/user-guide/customizing-zbrush/interface-layout/custom-interface/

You cannot modify an existing palette. You can create an entirely new custom menu containing the button items you wish, but you cannot make these out of an existing palette. Certain types of interface items like the variable stacking subtool entries in the Subtool palette cannot be reassigned.

The Preferences> UI menu contains options for controlling how the scrolling palettes open and appear. At any time you can reset the display of the Tool palette icons by clicking the ‘R’ button. This will remove all the recently selected icons from the menu.

Thank you!
