Custom UI doesn't save [SOLVED]

I can’t save my custom UI’s. Every time I reopen ZBrush my changes have reset to the default config. Anyone know why this might be happening?

What version of ZBrush do you have?

4R4 on Win7 (bootcamped on a MacPro Tower).

ZBrush 4R4 P2 is current. Try to update.

My apologies, but I forgot to add P2 in my last reply. It’s completely up to date so far.

Thanks Doug, but that solution involved the latest update, which I already have, so updating didn’t work for me.
I noticed there are two sets of folders in my program files folder:

Program Files (x86) >
> ZBrush 4.0
> ZBrush 4R4

I wonder if there should only be one folder [i.e. the latest version]?

Thanks, I just spoke to Sablefine (works at Cryptic Studios) and he had the answer:

None of the customizations will hold unless you go to PREFERENCES > CONFIG and select “Store Config”. You can also “Save UI” as a backup.
