''Ctrl + Z'' Not working

Hello!

My Ctrl+Z Shortcut isnt working correctly.

Every steps I’m doing:
-I’m launching Zbrush
-Press ‘,’ to close the Lightbox
-Clic on tool in my Right palette and press load tool.
-I select Polysphere
-I clic and drag a single polysphere
-Press ‘‘T’’ to enter the Edit mode.
-Picking a brush, I’m starting to sculpt and BAM! I can’t Undo with Ctrl Z…

I see the ‘‘Undo bar’’ at the top of the screen and I can manually undo there.
I did try others tools, sometimes it works or not.
My polysphere tool was working 1 time on 2 and now it’s just not working at all.
I’ve reinstalled my Zbrush 4R7 P3 and it hasnt solved the problem…

I dont know what to try anymore… I can’t find topics about this issue online.

Try re-assigning the Undo hotkeys. That usually works. See the bottom of this page

Already did that but it did not work

The file that I always edited and added the following lines to was “Program Files (x86)/Pixologic/ZBrush 4R7/ZStartup/HotKeys/StartupHotkeys.TXT”. It worked every time.

[EDIT:UNDO,634] // Ctrl+Z

[EDIT:TOOL:UNDO,634] // Ctrl+Z

[EDIT:REDO,890] // Ctrl+Shift+Z

[EDIT:TOOL:REDO,890] // Ctrl+Shift+Z

For some reason, I am loosing my hotkeys as well. And if I try to reload them, it doesn’t work. I have the impression, this has to do with the assignment of alt-hotkeys
