This character is a personal project aimed at producing a fully rigged game-ready asset while exercising some advanced hard surface sculpting and character design.
I used Marco Plouffe’s hard surface alpha pack along with some techniques I learned from watching his sculpting breakdowns.
Character background:
“Bounty hunter from the Crimson Reapers guild. Although much more suited for assassination contracts, he is famous for his ability to pursue and capture the target using speed and traversal augmentations from his legs exoarmor.”
Everything was sculpted in Zbrush, retopo in Maya, textured in Substance Painter and rendered in marmoset toolbag 4.
