You know how ya can Create Geometry from bump maps to create landscapes.
you know how zBrush can create geometry using alpha maps.
Was wondering if we had a character mapped and had a dragon scale bump map covering all of the mesh.
If there was some way to convert the bump map in to geometry on the mesh ?
or convert the bump map in to a alpha map.
& someway drag all of the alpha map out 360 degrees all at the same time ?
Turn the alpha map in to geometry on the mesh ?
Can we burn the bump map in to a vector map ?
or anyway to get geometry on to the mesh from a 2D map .that I have not thought of.
