It kinda looks like the texture is screwed up.
Looks good so far…all zbrush?
would like to see how he looks without the funky textures which kinda hide your hard work…a render with Pixolator’s softshadows light and his whitedino material would probably show it off well.
Keep working on him!
Sorry I am not good in English.so just show you the picture.
welcome to my web page http://hk.geocities.com/minghonart
I am a sculptor. Zbrush just is a tool. Brain is better whatever software hardware.

yeah , you have to enable smoothing to get it to look better. also the eyelashes are weird around the eyes , but you always get that with poser models.
Look under Tool->display properties for smoothing. and make sure quickedit is disabled before rendering.

Where is the Union of Soviet Socialist Republic?
This is much much better Sol. The textures breathe life into it. Once you get ready for it i think its about time for you to go ahead and start molding faces out of z brush spheres. Reason is that the regular sphere 3d is very hard to add mouth geometry. Continue working with your poser figures but Try and learn about how to transfer morph targets to it. You wont be able to transfer morph targets where you added or subtracted the mesh but anything that involves just moving the mesh around to different positions without affecting the actual geometry will work. Your abilty to sculpt actual peoples faces is very strong, even when using Poser. And the textures surprised me. You are getting better and better. Well done!
