ClipCurve Brush // How to turn off angle snap? (answered)

When I use the ClipCurve brush it snaps to various angles in 5degree increments as I’m drawing out the curve. While I’m sure that’s useful for some types of work, it’s preventing me from drawing out curves smoothly.

How do I toggle it off?

thanks in advance

G!

When ClipCurve Brush is activated using the Ctrl and Shift command, you can release the buttons on the keyboard while your LMB mouse button is still activated. Plus! if you didn’t know, you can Press Alt once to start the curve and twice to get a 90 degree turn.

Wow, thank you … y’know sometimes if I’d just stop hanging onto this keyboard for dear life and just let go of the keys from time to time, maybe I’d have fewer problems, haha.

Thanks again. I’m not sure that I’ve noticed anybody mention that specifically in any of the multitude of vids that I’ve crammed into my brain in the past week or so since buying ZB. It’s probably so ingrained in users’ minds that they don’t necessarily think to explain it that way.

Now if I can just get this transpose tool under control … sigh
