Clio Rosenberg WIP

Hi Everybody,
it’s a real pleasure for me to post to this forum.
Many artist here give me the motivation to work day after day.
That my first post here, it’s a a close up of imaginary character called Clio Rosenberg.

That is a zbrush render, all textures was made into zbrush, no photo used.

Here its a compositing test, i want to tell thanks to Jonas Skoog for his explanation of render pass, i test his method and i was very surprised to made all in zbrush.
it’s a quickly pipeline, and there is a very intuitive workflow.

That the final render composit in “Highres”, i had some problem with the memory system purge of zbrush 3.5, and my works was being very changeable.
For this reason i cant render a biggest image.

My workflow was very simple, for once ;).
All modeling was made with zsphere, expect the hair that was many plane modeled into 3dsmax in low res, after i detailling them.
I made a retopology on the pull over, that permit me to have enough polygon to work easily.
After i made all texture with polypaint (into my image we cant see all hue on the textures, i ll test to have a biggest albedo pass for better see the textures).
For the shading, its all matcap expect 1 for the skin.
For the lighting… I love zbrush but its biggest bad points for this workflow, the lighting system wasnt intuitive and its very difficult to have the equivalent of realistic renderer software as vray or mental ray, may be soon, i hope.
The aim of this image was to made all in zbrush and try to elaborate a more quicker worklow, for the next work i ll made a more complex scene, a complete character.

Hi everybody, that its the final compositing i made, its not perfect, but the aim was to better see what i can made with this workflow, the future image will be more complex and more finished than Clio.
