Hi there!
Depending on which I’m drawing on (Intuos or Cintiq), the Zadd and Zsub behaviours are reversed.
Everything works fine when I work on my main monitor using my Intuos, but as soon as I move my Zbrush over to my Cintiq Zadd turns into Zsub.

check your pen settings for each tablet in the wacom prefs.
I’ve double checked my Wacom tablet and pen settings twice now - both devices are set up identically.
Using the “Pen Feel Details” window in the Wacom settings to test the pressure levels works fine - pressure levels are not flipped there. It gets all weird in Zbrush.
I have the same problem with my cintiq32 and intuos pro in 2020 june. please help. thank u

Your first click inside ZBrush determines on which hardware ZBrush will work.
So, after launching ZBrush, click on the Cintiq display. Alternatively, my best option was to set the Cintiq display as my main display…
Anyway, the Pixologic team should have a look at this error, as we artists in the same industry are experiencing the same problem.
