Cavity Map Bug ? - Zbrush 4 R2

Hi,

I’ve been trying to go around this problem, but it seems that I can’t find an answer for this.
Am I doing this wrong or is really a bug?

After changing to Flat Color and pressing Mask By Cavity, everything seems to work so far so good. However, when I try to generate the cavity map by pressing New from Masking, my mesh turns all black with white dots and it only shows a tiny square. I don’t have this problem in Zb4, this only happens in Zb4 R2.

Yes, it’s a bug. Confirmed from lot of users. Same will happen under masking palette/create alpha. Same with AO masking as well.
A solution for the moment is to mask cavity/invert masking (select a black color and fill) then clear mask and use texture from polypaint / export this. Similar for AO maps.
I hope pixo will fix this soon. Try this solution though, it isn’t hard or time consuming.

I have another problem, not sure if you would know about that one too.
After using goz to bring the model into Maya, I added some edge loops, but then when I bring it back to Zbrush, it asks if I want to transfer the high details. I press YES, but the details (pores and wrinkles) are not transferred.
Is this also a bug in zb4r2?
