Hey guys,
I absolutely suck at doing Matcaps. I cant get my head around how to do them correctly.
I was wondering if anyone can do matcap of this image ?

Thanks in advanced

You’re most of the way there.
Do a new render of the ball. The image size should be 1024x1024. The ball should be centered on the image, and should be very, very slightly larger than the document.
In ZBrush, import the render into the Texture palette. Select any of the MatCap materials and expand the Material>Modifiers menu. At the bottom of the modifiers you’ll see a small texture patch (right beneath the Base color patch). Click that and select the texture that you’ve imported.
Presto! Instant MatCap.
The MatCap tool only needs to be used if you’re sampling data from a photograph. That’s not necessary if you have or can easily create a spherical light map.
