I was wondering if there are any sort of jitter controls that can be added to brushes. I’m trying to make an embroidery effect for a patch, and have a brush made for the small stitches, but I’m trying to figure out if there is a way to add a rotation jitter to them as I draw them out so that they aren’t all uniform. Is there anything like that in zbrush, like the jitter controls from photoshop? I imagine I could try to make a IMM brush with just stitches at different angles, but was hoping there were just controls that allowed me to do it instead and quicker. I’m using 4R4.
after you draw your stitch stroke you can add >> deformation >> noise(while its still un masked) too mix up the geometry?
I tried it, but what I need it to do is randomize the angle that each stitch of the stroke is made. I don’t know if you have worked with Photoshop at all, but basically I need to replicate the jitter rotation brush settings, but with my brush in zbrush.
under>> brush >> modifiers >> is variations - tilt brush ??
