bright green / red color anomolies in Normal Map (4r3)

Hello,

I’ve searched and scoured the forums for a mention of this issue with no luck. Using the multi map exporter I’m getting some bright green islands in isolated areas of the uv islands / groups.

This is the result I’m getting;

The results seems odd since the area in question doesn’t have any overlap or uv problems as you can see by this images;

Any one here run into this problem? I appreciate any input. Thanks.
