Annoying hotkey pop ups (Tablet issue)

Don’t know if their caused by vista or wacom, but they are extremely annoying. Seems like they should only come up when using the pen on the desktop. But they never fail to find their way to Zbrush’s cursor, blocking the strokes your trying to make. A temp fix is to minamize zbrush then maximize. I’ve turned off stupid “sticky keys”, “pen gestures” and pretty much everything else regarding tablet pc settings. Wacom settings? I see nothing. I’ve searched, given up, then searched some more but I don’t even know what to call them. Am I the only one they torcher? Or am I just that blind:cool:

It may have something to do with Vista’s tablet PC options. Or it could be a Wacom driver + Vista issue.

-Confirm you’re using the most current version of Wacom’s Vista drivers for your specific tablet.

-Check the Wacom forums to see if you can find a solution there.

-If all else fails, contact Wacom.

Try Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Turn windows features on or off (left pane) -> Tablet PC Optional Components.

This will remove the tablet PC junk from Vista.

thanks guys,
unfortunately jbuck… and I really thought that it would work, but it didn’t. I may have to take dustinbrown’s advice and call up wacom.
I’m still very appreciative of the help.
